Reservations can be made directly by contacting our reservations team via phone or email. We are also listed in Airbnb and can be booked through their portal as well.
 
 
Check-in time at KIYO Stays is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late checkouts are subject to availability. Please contact your property host.

KIYO Stays offers a complimentary breakfast with all room bookings. Additional meals can be arranged and ordered upon request with an additional charge from the in-house menu or the guests can prepare meals in our equipped in-house kitchen.

We undertstand the stress of leaving your pets at home during your holiday and happily allow your furry friends at Villa Mizu, Kiyo Stays. Pets may not be allowed in all homestays.

Full Refund: For cancellations done at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund shall be issued. Credit Note: For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, a credit note will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
