Service Information and House Rules

  1.  Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Please move outdoors if you wish to smoke.
  2.  Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. No loud music outdoors.
  3.  Please be mindful of turning off the lights, AC & taps when NOT IN USE. Ensure the doors, windows are locked while leaving the room.
  4.  Only registered guests are allowed in rooms and on the property. Please inform us in advance of any additional visitors.
  5.  Please take extra care of the keys. Any loss will incur additional charges.
  6. Check- In Time is 2 PM and Check- Out Time is 11 AM.
  7.  Please adhere to the check-out timings. Late checkout request has to be made atleast 12 hours before checkout and is subject to the management discretion.
  8.  Breakfast will be served after 8:00 AM. Last order for dinner to be by 10 PM. Please note that orders are prepared fresh and hence require atleast a 2 hours prior notice. Some dishes may be subject to availability.

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of a minimum 50% of the booking amount in advance. This helps us hold your spot and avoid overbooking. The Balance due has to be paid before/at the time of check-in. Please adhere to the payment terms to avoid any inconvenience.

Need to Change Plans?

We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our cancellation policy (link to detailed policy) for information on how to cancel and what fees may apply. For any questions or special circumstances, feel free to contact our friendly staff on call or email us.

Management Discretion

In some rare cases, management may have the discretion to handle cancellations differently. This would typically be for extenuating circumstances.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: For cancellations done at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund shall be issued.

Credit Note: For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date, a credit note will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

No Refund: If the reservation is cancelled after the check-in date or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued to the guest.
